A BRIEF SUMMARY
Many of you already know that Joe was in a car accident late Friday August 17 around midnight. His vehicle crossed the median on the interestate and was involved in an accident with a semi. The only part left of Joe's vehicle was the driver's compartment where Joe was sitting.
Joe was rushed to the University of Iowa Hospitals where he has been in intensive care now for a couple days. Joe is in a coma and has some pretty serious brain trauma. Also as a result of the accident the main artery in his neck which supplies blood to his brain was torn. This caused Joe to have a severe stroke.
